Who are the NextGen? It’s the Next Generation–kids in middle and high school right now. They are our future, and we cannot ignore the need to reach them with the Good News.
Ricky Smith, state missionary for the Georgia Baptist Mission Board and NextGen Catalyst, works with NextGen leaders across the state of Georgia to see this generation engaged with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The NextGen team accomplishes this goal through collaboration in networking, resourcing, coaching, and development of summer camps and conferences.
Help Us Reach the NextGen!
Join us on Sunday, May 19, as we welcome Ricky Smith to teach us about how to reach NextGen youth. He will lead the small group study at 9 am, the worship service at 10:15 am, and a Sunday evening session at 6 pm. The evening session is for training and prep, as we begin our focus on reaching the next generation of believers.
